Collien Ulmen-Fernandes was born on September 26, 1981 in Hamburg. She is a German television presenter, actress and author.
Collien Ulmen-Fernandes is the daughter of an Indian with Portuguese descent, her mother's family comes from Hungary. She left home at the age of 15 and began her career as a model in commercials and mail order companies. She was a member of the band Yam Yam. From 1997 she took dance lessons in Hamburg, after which she completed classical ballet training in Hamburg and London. Ulmen-Fernandes worked as a background dancer for Enrique Iglesias, among others.
