The same year, Qureshi starred in the romantic comedy LuvShuv Tey Chicken Khurana. In the horror thriller Ek Thi Daayan (2013) she embodied a witch alongside Emraan Hashmi. She received a lot of praise from the critics for her performance.
Her only film to hit theaters in 2014 was the romantic comedy Dedh Ishqiya, a sequel to Ishqiya which starred Vidya Balan. The sequel stars Qureshi alongside Madhuri Dixit, Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi. In 2015, Qureshi played the supporting role of a prostitute in the thriller Badlapur (also starring Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui).
