Biography of Natalie Dormer
Natalie Dormer was born on February 11, 1982 in Reading, Berkshire. She is a British actress.
Natalie Dormer completed her acting training at the renowned London Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, where, among others, Rupert Friend, Minnie Driver, Matthew Goode and Hugh Bonneville had been taught as actors.
Dormer made her film debut in 2005's Casanova as Victoria alongside Heath Ledger, Jeremy Irons and Sienna Miller.
In the television series The Tudors she took on the role of Anne Boleyn alongside Jonathan Rhys Meyers from 2007 to 2008 in 20 episodes. She reappears in the final episode of the show's fourth season as the ghost of Anne Boleyn. After the second season of The Tudors, she worked extensively as a model and appeared in numerous shows.
From 2012 to 2016, she played Margaery Tyrell on the HBO series Game of Thrones. In 2014 and 2015 she took on the role of Cressida in the two-part cinema adaptation of the third part of the Hunger Games trilogy.
Natalie Dormer dated Anthony Byrne, whom she met while filming The Tudors, from 2007 to 2018.
She has been in a relationship with David Oakes since 2018. Their daughter was born in January 2021.
