Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson was born on April 3, 1998 in Beverly Hills, California. Sheis an American actress, model and singer.

Paris Jackson is the second child and only daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe. She was named after the French capital where she was conceived. She and Paris Hilton say that Michael Jackson was friends with Kathy Hilton and they both named their first daughters Paris due to a pact. Her older brother is Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., nicknamed Prince, and her younger half-brother is Prince Michael Jackson, Jr. II, nicknamed Blanket or Bigi. Her godparents are Liz Taylor and Macaulay Culkin.

Jackson grew up with her father, who had sole custody after Debbie Rowe divorced in 1999, and her siblings at Neverland Ranch. During her childhood, at the instigation of her father, she always had to wear masks in public to be protected from people's eyes. Only after the death of her father did Paris Jackson appear unmasked on television. In 2010, she and her brother Prince accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award for their father at the 2010 Grammy Awards.

In March 2019, TMZ ran an article stating Jackson attempted suicide earlier that year. Paris Jackson denied this, tweeting to TMZ "fuck you fucking liars". In various interviews or videos, she later confirmed that she suffered from depression.

In January 2017, she was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine; in March she signed a contract with IMG Models. She guest-starred on the Fox television series Star. She was nominated in the Choice Model category at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards. In 2018, Jackson starred in the film Gringo. She also made a few appearances in music videos and made the documentary Remembering Michael in 2014 with her siblings and grandmother Katherine.

Jackson is part of the band The Soundflowers with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Glenn.

On October 30, 2020, her first solo single, let down, was released along with the accompanying music video. On November 13, 2020 the associated album wilted with eleven songs was released.
