Natalia Dyer was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on January 13, 1995. She is an American actress. She is primarily known for her role as Nancy Wheeler on the Netflix sci-fi drama series Stranger Things.

In 2009, Dyer played Clarissa Granger in Hannah Montana: The Movie, this being her feature film debut. In 2011, she starred in The Greening of Whitney Brown alongside Brooke Shields and Aidan Quinn, where she played Lily. Dyer later starred in I Believe in Unicorns, an independent film released on March 9, 2014, on South by Southwest.

In August 2015, it was reported that Dyer had been selected to play Nancy Wheeler, a young woman who tries to find a balance between her values, emotions and responsibilities, in the series Stranger Things, broadcast on Netflix. The series had its premiere on July 15, 2016, receiving positive reviews from the press and gaining acceptance from the public.
