Biography of Britney Spears
Britney Spears was born on Wednesday, December 2, 1981, in McComb, Mississippi, United States.
She was the second daughter of Lynne Irene Bridges and James Parnell Spears, a construction businessman. Her maternal grandmother, Lillian Portell, was born in London. She has two brothers, Bryan James and Jamie Lynn.
She grew up in Kentwood, Louisiana.
At the age of three she began attending dance classes and was selected to perform as a soloist in the annual recital.
During her childhood, she received singing lessons and won several state-level contests. She debuted as a singer at the age of five, singing What Child Is This?
When she was just eight years old, she auditioned for The Mickey Mouse Club in Atlanta. Casting director Matt Casella turned her down for being too young to join the series, though she introduced him to New York City talent agent Nancy Carson, who suggested her admission to the Professional Performing Arts School.
She moved to New York with her family, where they rented an apartment and for three years she studied dance and acting and participates in the recording of television commercials.
In December 1992, she was finally booked into The Mickey Mouse Club (where she met her future partner, Justin Timberlake), but returned to Kentwood after the show was canceled two years later. She enrolled at Parklane Academy in McComb.
She credits Madonna, Janet Jackson and Whitney Houston as her main influences. In 1997, she was part of a girl group called Innosense. At the age of fifteen, she took part in a selection test for a group of girls, which served to make a producer notice her and give rise to her solo career.
In 1999 she released her first album, Baby One More Time which became her best-selling album, with the most listened to single in the week it debuted. The video was filmed at Venice High School, which was the same school where the movie Grease was shot. The following year the second appeared, entitled Oops! .. I Did It Again.
Forbes magazine cited her as one of her top-earning artists in 1999, earning an approximate figure of $15 million, including her Clairol and Polaroid ads. In addition, she created her own brand of gum and a doll named after her.
She on the big screen she had a leading role in the film Crossroads, in 2002, the year in which she was named the most powerful celebrity in Hollywood by Forbes magazine.
On February 13, 2005, she won a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording for Toxic. During her musical career, five of her six studio albums debuted at number 1 on the most important album music chart in the United States, the Billboard 200.

In 2008, Britney Spears released her sixth studio album, Circus. At the end of 2009, her second compilation album, The Singles Collection, was released. In the year 2011 she released her seventh studio album, Femme Fatale, and in 2013, Britney Jean. In 2016 she presented Glory.
On May 15, 2012 it was announced that Spears was joining the jury for "The X Factor".
In January 2018, she launched 24th perfume with Sunset Fantasy.
On January 3, 2004, she married Jason Allen Alexander, a longtime friend, in Las Vegas, but 55 hours later, the couple annulled their union.
She married dancer Kevin Federline on September 18, 2004 in Los Angeles, California. She gave birth to Sean Preston on September 14, 2005 at the UCLA medical center in Santa Barbara, California, it was the first child of Spears, but the third of her husband, who already had two of her with the ex-girlfriend of her Shar Jackson. She had her second child, Jayden James, in 2006.
In November 2006, Spears filed for divorce over irreconcilable differences. In July 2007, the couple reached a package deal, agreeing to divorce and share custody of their children.
On September 12, 2021, Spears announced her engagement to Sam Asghari.
On April 11, Spears announced on Instagram that she was pregnant with her third child.
