Biography of Arielle Kebbel

Arielle Caroline Kebbel was born on February 19, 1985 in Winter Park, Florida. She is an American actress and fashion model.

Kebbel was born in Florida, where she lived until she was 18. She and her mother, Sheril, decided to get into the film business and they moved to Los Angeles in 2004. Just three days later she had a contract for the series Gilmore Girls. Kebbel has an older sister named Julia and a younger brother named Christian.

Kebbel got her first role in The Bros. (2002) opposite Ludacris and Shaquille O'Neal. She was also named Miss Florida Teen that year. Winning this election enabled her to take further steps in the film and modeling business.

Kebbel then had some well-known guest appearances in series such as Judding Amy (2003),Law & Order (2004), Shark (2006) or CSI: Miami. However, she garnered the most attention during this time with the recurring role of Lindsay Lister Forrester as Dean Forrester's new love and wife on Gilmore Girls.

In 2005 she starred in Be Cool, Reeker, Dirty Deeds, The Kid & I and in the fourth installment of the American Pie series American Pie Presents: The Next Generation.

In 2006 she starred in the films Aquamarine,The Grudge 2 and Outlaw Trail. Filming on the film Daydreamer, directed by Braham Turner, wrapped that same year.

Beginning in 2009 and running from 2011 to 2014, she was a recurring character on the US television series The Vampire Diaries as Alexia "Lexi" Branson.
