Biography of Ana Beatriz Barros

Ana Beatriz Barros was born in 1982, in Itabira, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

This Brazilian model was born here but soon she and her family moved to São Paulo, where she grew up and shared games and studies with her brothers.

Ana Beatriz, bearer of those privileged curves and that perfect face, was discovered by the director of the "Elite" modeling agency, when she was on vacation in Brazil.

In 1998, Barros wins the “Brazilian Elite Image of the Year” contest and that is how she comes in second place in the international edition of the same contest.

She continues with a tempting proposal to perform what is probably her best known work, with "Guess?".

Already involved in the world of modeling, Ana Beatriz managed to star on the covers of magazines such as "Vogue", "Marie Claire", "Allure", and also Brazilian magazines such as "Capricho" and "Audi", among others, passing through different countries .

With respect to that theory that she considers her to be a traveler, Ana is currently living in New York.

She has also participated in advertising campaigns for “Victoria's Secret”, “Chanelcosmetics”, and “Jennifer Lopez's JLo Fashion Line”, in addition to the honor of modeling for Valentino.

Due to her work on the catwalk and for international brands, Ana has had to travel around the world, which she has taken advantage of to visit museums and learn about the cultures of each country, and thus highlight two of her great hobbies .
