Jennifer "Jenny" Frost was born on February 22, 1978 in Wallasey, Merseyside. She is a British pop singer, dancer, television presenter and model.

Jenny Frost grew up in Manchester. Ever since she was a little girl, she has been fascinated by music. After attending St Monica's High School in Prestwich, she worked for BBC Television - a special interest program of the BBC - traveling around the world.

Frost started her music career in 1998 in the British girl group Precious, who took part in the British preliminary round for the Eurovision Song Contest in Jerusalem in 1999 with the song Say It Again and won it.

In 2001, Frost - who resigned because of her pregnancy - replaced Kerry Katona in the girl group Atomic Kitten. After the release of their third album, Natasha Hamilton, Liz McClarnon and Frost decided to take a break in 2004. 2005, 2006 and 2008 saw brief reunions regarding the release of benefit songs.

On March 28, 2013, Hamilton announced that Frost was always welcome to make a comeback. On June 10, 2020, Hamilton, McClarnon and Frost participated in an online interview as part of Life Stories. On 6 July 2021, McClarnon, Hamilton and Frost released a remake of Whole Again titled Southgate You're the One in support of England national football team at Euro 2021 and in honor of their coach Gareth Southgate.

In late summer 2005, Frost released - along with Route 1 - their debut solo single Crash Landing, which landed at number 47 in the UK Singles Chart. In 2009 she announced that she no longer wanted to be actively involved in the music business as a solo artist, but only as an Atomic Kitten member.

In 2005, Frost took part in the fifth season of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, the UK equivalent of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! part. She is part of the model agency Storm Model Management, which also has greats like Kate Moss, Eva Herzigová and Emma Watson under contract. In October 2009, she modeled for Playboy's lingerie section.

Frost gave birth to her first boy on October 9, 2007. The child's father is her longtime boyfriend, DJ Dominic Thrupp, to whom she became engaged in 2002. The couple's wedding was supposed to take place in January 2010, but it was canceled immediately after Frost's mother died of lung cancer at the same time. In August 2010, she confirmed that she had split from Thrupp.

In August 2011, Frost married the Spanish diving school owner Vicente Juan Spiteri in Ibiza. On August 28, 2012, she announced via Twitter that she was pregnant with twins and finally gave birth to twin daughters on January 20, 2013.
