Biography of Tiffani Amber Thiessen

Tiffani Amber Thiessen was born on January 23, 1974 in Long Beach, California. She is an American actress, best known for roles on television.

Thiessen gained her first acting experience on television. In 1989 she appeared in the series Saved by the Bell. This series received an offshoot three years later, in which she played the same role in high school.

In the same year she also made her first feature film, the comedy Schwiegersohn Junior. Just one year later, she gained worldwide fame when she played Valerie Malone in the series Beverly Hills,90210 for the first time in 1994. She owed the four-year role to her then-boyfriend Brian Austin Green. In 1998 she left the series and concentrated on feature films.

The following year she took on a role in the sequel From Dusk Till Dawn, among others. In 2002 she had a role in Woody Allen's film Hollywood Ending, after which she acted in the series Fastlane. In 2005 she directed the short film Just Pray for the first time and starred in the series White Collar from 2009 to 2014.

Thiessen was in a relationship with David Strickland, who committed suicide in 1999. She has been married to fellow actor Brady Smith since July 9, 2005, with whom she has two children.
