Biography of Sonal Chauhan

Sonal Chauhan was born in Bulandshahr on May 16, 1989. She is an Indian actress, model and singer, recognized for her participation in Telugu and Hindi films. She made her debut in the film Jannat, a performance that earned her a nomination for the Filmfare Awards.

Kunal Deshmukh, director of the movie Jannat, discovered Sonal in a restaurant in Mumbai. He contacted her and a week later he invited her to participate in the filming of the film, acting alongside Emraan Hashmi. As a model he has participated in a large number of events and advertising campaigns for brands such as LG, Reliance CDMA , Hero Honda Passion, Nokia, Hindustan Times, Delhi Times, among others.

In 2014 she was cast in the Telugu film Legend alongside actor Balakrishna. Her next project was Pandaga Chesko. At the beginning of 2015 she participated in another two Telugu films, Size Zero and Sher. In July of the same year she acted in another Telugu film, titled Dictator.
