Olivia Holt was born o August 5, 1997 in Germantown, Tennessee. She is an American actress and singer.

Olivia Holt was born to Kim and Mark Holt. She has an older sister and a younger brother. At the age of three, her family moved to Nesbit, DeSoto County, Mississippi, where she was raised. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her family. After filming the TV movie Monsters vs. Girls in 2012, she was involved with fellow actor Luke Benward.

Holt began her acting career by appearing in local theater productions. She has also acted in several television commercials including Hasbro, Kidz Bop 14, Mattel and for Bratz dolls. She got her break with the role of Kim on the Disney XD television series Kickin' It, in which she co-starred alongside Jason Earles from 2011-2014. In October 2012, she starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Monsters vs Girls as Skylar Lewis. For this film she recorded the songs Fearless, Had Me @ Hello and Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now, which were released on the album Make Your Mark: Ultimate Playlist.

From 2014 to 2015, she played the lead role Lindy Watson in the Disney sitcom I Didn't Do It, which revolves around mismatched twins.

From 2018 to 2019 she played Tandy Bowen aka Dagger in the series Marvel's Cloak & Dagger, in which she is one of the two protagonists alongside Aubrey Joseph.
