Teresa Mary Palmer was born on February 26, 1986 in Adelaide, South Australia. She is an Australian actress.
Palmer was born in Adelaide in 1986 to a nurse mother and an investor father. Her film career began in 2005 with a supporting role in the horror film Wolf Creek. The following year, she co-starred in 2:37, a drama directed by Murali K. Thalluri. She was nominated for Best Female Lead at the Australian Film Institute Awards for her portrayal of Melody.
In the 2009 film Bedtime Stories she played Violet Nottingham opposite Adam Sandler. In 2010, she starred alongside Nicolas Cage in The Sorcerer's Apprentice. In 2011, she starred opposite Alex Pettyfer in the film I Am Number Four in a supporting role. In 2013, Palmer starred opposite Nicholas Hoult in the zombie film Warm Bodies, based on the Isaac Marion novel of the same name. She plays the role of Julie, a girl who falls in love with a zombie.
Teresa Palmer has been married to actor and director Mark Webber since December 21, 2013. They have two sons (* 2014 and 2016) and two daughters (*2019 and * 2021). Palmer is friends with Phoebe Tonkin, with whom she runs a fitness website.
