Meg Elizabeth Donnelly was born on July 25, 2000 in New York City. She is an American actress, voice actress and singer.

Donnelly was born an only child in New York City but grew up in Peapack-Gladstone, New Jersey. From 2005 she took acting, singing and dancing classes at Annie's Playhouse School of Performing Arts.

She first gained notoriety through the TV series Team Toon, in which she starred in a total of 26 episodes between 2013 and 2015. From 2016 to 2021 she portrayed the role of Taylor Otto in a total of 102 episodes of the television series American Housewife. In the musical TV movies Zombies (2018), Zombies 2(2020) and Zombies 3(2022), she starred in the role of Addison Wells.

In 2022 she received gold records in the USA for the songs Flesh & Bone and Someday from the zombie musical films.
